Nature is so cool, it has a way of telling you what ingredients work well together. I’m in the bushes once again and this time I’m gathering gooseberries and foraging for elderflowers. The scent of the elderflower is the perfect partner for the tart gooseberry.
I have just jarred my first batch of gooseberry and elderflower jam and will bring it to the Riverside Market this Sunday and the UL Market on Tuesday. I’m just way too excitied about this jam!
