This Tuesday November 18th I’ll be hosting a cookery demonstration on behalf of the producers at the UL Farmers Market. This is one of many cookery demonstration that will run over 2009 as part of the University’s commitment to an ethical and sustainable environment.

Baked shallots with thyme and goats’ cheese
Barbequed butterfly leg of lamb served with hoummous, tapenade and flat bread.
